The Alaska Native Heritage Center offers a unique venue for your next meeting or special event in Anchorage. This world class cultural center is a beautiful location for receptions year round. Lake Tiulana provides a spectacular view with beautiful mountains as a backdrop. Tucked away on 26 acres just outside downtown, the Alaska Native Heritage Center provides a natural atmosphere. Various locations include Alaska Native village sites such as a sod covered wood Yup’ik community house, or a Southeast cedar house decorated with intricately carved poles. The Gathering place with expansive ceiling and over 30 foot windows, it is a premier location to host your next event.

An Athabascan Ceremonial House will be completed in the winter of 2010 and will be available to host that one of a kind luncheon or a unique meeting location. With seating for 75, the log sided building will be the perfect way to impress your guests.
Catering:
Horizon's Catering is the preferred caterer, from light hors d'oeuvres to an eight-course meal; Horizon's Catering can do it. Call 907.263.4412 to begin arranging your food and beverage needs. If other food and beverage services are required, clients may use a caterer of their choice.
Entertainment:
Make yours a uniquely Alaskan event, plan on the added touch of entertainment by Alaska Native artists and performers. We can arrange for dance performances, Alaska Native games demonstrations, storytellers and personal tour guides.
